What I collect

When you join Signal Dispatches, I collect the information you submit: your email address and, if you provide it, your first name. If you reply to an email or contact me, I also receive the information in your message.

The site and its service providers may automatically receive basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and timestamps. This information is used to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the site and signup form.

How I use information

• To send Signal Dispatches and the welcome email series you requested.
• To respond when you contact me or reply to an email.
• To operate, protect, and improve the site and its forms.
• To comply with legal obligations and prevent misuse.

Email choices

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any Signal Dispatches email. You may also email me to request that I update or remove your information. I may retain limited records when reasonably necessary to honor an opt-out, resolve a dispute, or meet a legal obligation.

Service providers

I use service providers to host the site, process form submissions, and deliver email. These currently include Vercel and HighLevel/LeadConnector. They process information on my behalf under their own terms and privacy practices. I may replace or add providers as the site changes.

Sharing and selling

I do not sell your personal information. I may share information with service providers that help operate the site and email list, when required by law, or when necessary to protect the site, its users, or my rights.

Retention and security

I keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here. I use reasonable safeguards, but no website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your personal information. You may also have the right to object to or withdraw consent for certain uses. I will respond to valid requests as required by applicable law.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
